The speaker cover was fixed into position and then clamped to secure ready to be filled using body filler.
Body filler was applied as evenly as possible and sanded to achieve a smooth finish leaving the desired profile.
The spray-painted finished product with clear-coat laquer, and buffed with car polish to leave a gloss finish.
